Shipping Information: In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours, Monday thru Friday (guarantee valid only on items that are in stock and available). Orders placed after 4:00 pm Central Time ship the next business day.

 
Refunds: All merchandise ordered online being returned via mail for a refund should include customer’s name, phone number and online order number within the package. The package should be mailed to:

Rental Returns: All rental textbooks being returned at the end of the semester via mail should include customer’s name, phone number and student ID number within the package. Rental return packages must be postmarked by the rental due date to avoid late fees. The package should be mailed to:
